Every effort has been made to ensure that the accuracy of the colours of the gemstones advertised on this website are as near as possible. Colours should be used as a guide only. Imprints, trademarks and logos non this website are for the purpose of showing our capabilities only. These designs are not available for sale other than the authorized owner of such design. Patents on designs are strictly protected. At the time of launching all information is correct. DEFINITIONS

The person, firm or company buying is hereafter termed “the buyer”

COMPANY POLICY

We supply to individuals and companies. However, upon subscription and proof of registration as a company, “trade `discounts” may apply. Discounted amounts will be subject to and be volume purchased related.

PRICES

Prices as stated are to be paid for the goods. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are net and excluding VAT. NOTE we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, due to currency fluctuations and changes in economic climate. Prices are all US dollar based. Local currency prices will be displayed when browsing the items.

PAYMENTS

Payments are all P.B.D (Payment Before Delivery) Payment can be done through PayPal, Credit card VISA, Mastercard and American Express only. No Deposits or Lay byes will be accepted.

No Samples will be given.

PRODUCTION TIME ON SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders will be subject to quoted production time

Bespoke items are hand made and time frames will apply depending on Pieces, Design and availability of Raw materials.

SELLERS LIABILITY

No Guarantee is given due to the suitability of goods sold for any particular purposes or designs. The Buyer must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the good for which these goods are required PRIOR to dispatching from the seller’s premises.
In no case will the seller accept liability for deleterious effect resulting from the application of any process or treatment (Whether advised by the seller or not) to the goods after delivery. Should the buyer apply and process or treatment to the goods non behalf of the buyer (or at the Buyers request) the above will also apply.

General

No changes to the conditions of sale will be effective unless agreed to by the Seller in Writing

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time is within 3 working days from receipt of proof of payment and bank clearance.
Special Bespoke cut stones or stones that require sourcing will be dealt with on a separate basis where the required Quote system will be applicable but does not fall out of the framework of the terms and condition as set out.

SUITABILITY

No guarantee is given as to the suitability or quality of the goods sold for any particular purpose and the Seller is hereby absolved of any liability of whatsoever nature arising of its direct failure or negligence in terms of this agreement or any indirect damages to the Buyer

DELIVERY

We deliver countrywide in South Africa
Orders above R2000.00 will be delivered free of charge.
Articles under R2000.00 will be subject to local courier rates.

The Parties agree that the seller is not responsible for any damages or shortages due to the negligence or act of omission or commission on the part of the courier.

PACKAGES RECEIVED SHOULD BE CHECKED AT ALL TIMES UPON RECEIPT FOR TAMPERING OR SUSPICIOUS ACTS. THIS MUST BE REPORTED TO AND ACKNOWKEDGED BY THE COURIERRS REPRESENTATIVE AND RECORDED ON THE DELIVERY NOTE. IF GOODS ARE NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED IT SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED.

A SIGNATURE OF ACCEPTANCE IS ACKNOELEDGENT THAT THE GOODS BWERE RECEUIVED IN GOOD ORDER.

In the case of a self-appointed courier by the buyer, Delivery will be deemed to have occurred and the liability will pass to the Buyer when their appointed courier/ Driver collects the goods at the seller’s premises.

The seller cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time, but will endeavor give delivery on the dates provided
The seller does not accept responsibility or liability for claims against it for damages of whatever nature arising from non-delivery of goods on due date.

RETURNS POLICY

Gems Unearthed offers a 14-day Fill money back Guarantee.

Every care is taken to package good carefully and secure according to required international standards.
If, however the buyer is not satisfied with the item purchased and the terms and conditions criteria set out are adhered to please contact the e-mail address provided to arrange courier collection

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON.

• Gemstones or any article supplied by the Seller that are not returned in the same condition that it left the Sellers Premises.
• Gemstones or items that have been tampered with, treated, set by or attempted to be set by anyone including a jeweler.

Once we receive the returned article it will be inspected and provided it meets the above requirements a refund will be paid without any further delay.

Please note that Shipping, Credit card and Insurance charges are non -refundable. d
